YOUR TASKS

Get hands-on experience in the strategic planning and daily management of social media platforms (especially TikTok, but also Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Assist in the creation and analysis of paid ad campaigns

Help us co-develop interactive and experimental content formats

Support in producing engaging and culturally relevant social media content

Research current trends, audiences, formats, and platform-specific behaviors

Work closely with our consultants and external creative partners

Contribute to the development of marketing reports and performance evaluations
YOUR PROFILE

Registered student with a compulsory internship in the field of communication/media sciences, online marketing or comparable
-
Experience in building social media accounts/passion for social media

Very good feel for digital trends and Generation Z
-
Passion for street culture & social change
-
Identification with the values of Vibrancy Consulting GmbH

Initiative, curiosity, creativity, enthusiasm

Good feeling for languages (German & English) & confidence in style

You're currently enrolled at a university in marketing, communication, media, design, or a related field

You're familiar with TikTok, Instagram and digital pop culture — both as a user and as a thinker

You have a good eye for content aesthetics and storytelling

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus

You're proactive, self-organized, and love to contribute creative ideas
