THE CHALLENGE

HOW DO YOU CAPTURE THE SPIRIT OF A FESTIVAL BEFORE IT EVEN BEGINS?
 IN THE LEAD-UP TO HYPE FESTIVAL 2024, THE GOAL WAS TO CREATE AN EXCLUSIVE PRE-EVENT THAT WOULD SET THE TONE FOR THE WEEKEND — BLENDING MUSIC, COMMUNITY AND CULTURE INTO ONE SHARED EXPERIENCE.
 TOGETHER WITH BUMBU AND TUNECORE, THE MISSION WAS TO DESIGN A NIGHT THAT CELEBRATED CREATIVITY AND CONNECTION WHILE BRINGING TOGETHER CREATORS, ARTISTS, AND INDUSTRY VOICES TO MEET, COLLABORATE AND SET THE CULTURAL RHYTHM FOR THE DAYS AHEAD.

THE IDEA

THE HYPE X BUMBU X TUNECORE PRE-EVENT TRANSLATED THE FESTIVAL’S PULSE INTO AN INTIMATE SETTING — TURNING ANTICIPATION INTO ATMOSPHERE.


 HOSTED AT ARTY FARTY IN COLOGNE, THE NIGHT WELCOMED 150 INVITED GUESTS AND MORE THAN 200 ATTENDEES IN ROTATION, MERGING THE CREATIVE ENERGY OF THE HYPE COMMUNITY WITH TUNECORE’S ARTIST-FIRST ETHOS AND BUMBU’S BOLD, EXPRESSIVE SPIRIT.


 THE CONCEPT: A PRIVATE WARM-UP THAT CONNECTED MUSIC AND LIFESTYLE — POWERED BY A CURATED LINEUP, SIGNATURE COCKTAILS AND THE PEOPLE SHAPING TOMORROW’S CULTURE.

THE WORK

FOR ONE NIGHT, ARTY FARTY BECAME A CREATIVE PLAYGROUND WHERE SOUND AND FLAVOR COLLIDED.
 AT THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE STOOD THE BUMBU BAR, SERVING EXCLUSIVE SIGNATURE COCKTAILS THAT CAPTURED THE BRAND’S VIBRANT PERSONALITY. AROUND IT, THE TUNECORE ARTIST STAGE SET THE TONE WITH THREE DJS, THREE LIVE PERFORMANCES, AND A SURPRISE LIVE ACT, CREATING A DYNAMIC BLEND OF DISCOVERY AND CELEBRATION.
BRANDED TOUCHPOINTS — INCLUDING THE ILLUMINATED BUMBU LED SIGN, A DEDICATED BAR AREA, AND A TUNECORE STAGE SETUP — ENSURED BOTH BRANDS LIVED NATURALLY WITHIN THE SPACE.
 THE INVITE-ONLY GUEST LIST BROUGHT TOGETHER TOP CREATORS, UPCOMING ARTISTS AND INDUSTRY INSIDERS, WHILE A SELECT NUMBER OF FESTIVAL ATTENDEES GAINED ACCESS THROUGH RAFFLED TICKETS — LINKING EXCLUSIVITY WITH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT.
